Hardwood flooring has been around for ages and will continue to be around for centuries to come. Four ranges exist under our Hardwood category namely herringbone and parquet patterns, grand plank, exotic wood and sports flooring.
Hardwood floors: Herringbone and Parquet Patterns
Made from Oak, this range features 8 herringborone and parquet patterns. Sealed naturally or stained to any colour specification, these hardwood flooring patterns are suitable for hotels, restaurants and home owners looking for a distinctive look. According to the South African Wood, Laminate & Flooring Association® (SAWLFA) Sub-floors must be flat, level, hard, clean, and dry and therefore a screed must be laid.
Grand Plank hardwood flooring
Made from wide board french oak, the grand plank hardwood floors are available in 6 colours. Installed using the Elastilon installation method, otherwise known as peel & stick, they are stable and have a natural oiled look. Installed unlimited in length and up to 25 meters wide, with no T strips in any doorways, our grand plank engineered hardwood floors allow for a seamless installation. Exotic Wood
Installed using the Elastilon® system, our exotic engineered hardwood flooring is available in 5 species. Similar to the Grand Plank, these hardwood floors are also 15mm thick. Finishes for Dimensions 190mm x 610mm – 1860mm include Caramel, Driftowwd, Silverado & white. Finishes for dimensions 220mm x 400mm – 2200mm include antique oak and french oak unfinished.
Sports flooring
Installed in most gyms nationwide, including Planet Fitness and Virgin Active, our sports flooring hardwood floors is manufactured to the highest specification. Whether it be aerobics, squash, basketball or netball we have a system for your specific needs.
One set length enables our installers to set the batten centres in multiplies of the flooring lengths. This is so that the end of the floor board will always sit in the middle of the batten thus ensuring that no break out. Our high impact sports flooring are non slip and satisfies EN 14904. The 9mm re-surface area lets you maintain the floor by sanding it and re coating it after many years
